Please
read the following before attempting any kind of repair on your fan: |

You may purchase internal replacement parts factory direct. |
|
As
the Consumer, you are responsible for the installation of these parts. |
|
Provided
within the Common Repairs section of this Web Site, are installation
instructions for parts, with the exception of the flywheel. Due to
the special tool needed for a flywheel repair, the Manufacturer recommends
that the fan be sent in to the factory for repair or that you seek
the assistance of an Authorized Casablanca Service Center. |

Fans
may be shipped to our Factory Service Center for repair at a flat
rate repair fee. Flat Rate fees include parts, labor, return shipping
and a 90 day warranty.

All
shipping costs to return your fan to the factory will be the consumer's
responsibility regardless of warranty status. |
|
You
will need to ship your fan body along with any wall control or hand
held remote used to operate the fan, with the exception of a standard
on and off toggle switch. |
|
Please
remove the blades, blade holders, light kit, glass, and extension
pole prior to shipping. |
|
Please
include a cover letter with a brief description of the problem, return
shipping address and a day time telephone number. Do NOT include a
post office box as a return shipping address. Casablanca ships via
UPS to return product. UPS requires a street address for delivery. |
