The information in Part 2 covers the installation of the W-500 receiver into the Canopy Receiver Cup on a vaulted ceiling as shown. A vaulted ceiling more than 34°, a Sloped Ciling Adaptor Kit (SCA) is required. The installation of a (SCA)on a sloped ceiling will effectively reduce the slope of the ceiling by 26°. If the (SCA) is needed for your installation, complete the steps in the SCA installation instructions before moving on.

Note: The new effective angle must be no more than the maximum angle allowed for your ceiling fan.
