Step 6. Install the (4) rubber ceiling pads into the top of the mounting bracket, by inserting the small side of the rubber bushing into the four holes in the ceiling plate as shown.

Step 7. Thread the wires from the outlet box down through the hole in the middle of the ceiling plate as shown.

Step 8. Align the slotted holes in the ceiling plate with the U-bolts from the outlet box. For proper alignment, use slotted holes directly across from each other. Note: rubber bushing should be flush against the ceiling.

IMPORTANT: When installing the ceiling plate on a vaulted ceiling, the HOOKS MUST be in the UP most position of the installation as shown.
