If you are a customer needing repair or replacement on Avalon or Malibu
Star Blades, this information will help you. If a pole breaks, fabric
rips or is dirty and needs repair or replacement, they may be sent to
Casablanca®. Listed below is the cost for the different types of
repairs, and the cost for replacement blades if needed. For further
pricing information call the Consumer Affairs Department
- If a pole breaks and the fabric is NOT RIPPED, the pole can be replaced.
The broken pole, fabric and all hardware may be sent to the factory
for repair or replacement. All items are needed to compete the repair.
- If the fabric is ripped we can replace it with current in stock fabric.
However current fabric may not match your remaining blades.
- If the fabric is dirty or faded, and all attempts to clean have been
unsuccessful, we can replace with current in stock fabric. All five
blades and hardware must be sent to Casablanca to complete the repair.
