encourage you to send payment with your fan to expedite your repair.
If you do not feel comfortable doing this, a representative from
our repair department will contact you for payment when your fan
is received. Please provide us with a daytime and evening phone

pm.(PST). Your fan repair may be delayed depending on the time
it takes to contact you for payment.
