No Warranty CASABLANCA FAN COMPANY FIVE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY WHAT WE WILL DO: If purchased from an Authorized Casablanca Dealer this ceiling fan is warranted to the original purchaser by Casablanca Fan Company ("Casablanca") against defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from date of purchase. During this warranty period we will repair or at our option replace at no charge a defective fan. Do not return you fan without prior written approval from Casblanca Fan Company. Should it become necessary to return your fan to an authorized Casablanca Service Center make sure is is properly packaged to avoid in transit damage, which is not covered by this warranty. WHAT IS NOT COVERED: CASABLANCA FAN COMPANY'S FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY REQUIRES THE USE OF GENUINE CASABLANCA BLADES WITH THIS FAN. WHERE A FAILURE OF THIS FAN IS CAUSED BY THE USE OF OTHER ACCESSORIES, NOT SUPPLIED BY CASABLANCA, THE FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY WILL BE VOIDED. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by improper installation, neglect, accident, misuse, exposure to extremes of heat of humidity, or as a result of service or modification by other than an authorized Casablanca service center. All costs of removing and reinstalling the product are your responsibility. This warranty does not apply to any glass supplied with the product, blades, nor to the finish on any metal portions of the product. Glass shades may vary due to availability . Hand blown glass may contain blisters, seeds or thin lines. These characteristics are not defects, but substantiate that this is hand blown and handcrafted glass. No other expressed warranty is given. The repair of replacement of a product is your exclusive remedy. Any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness is limited to the duration of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In no event shall Casablanca be liable for consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
